​TELEMEDICINE  is the use of telecommunication and information technology to provide clinical health care from a distance. It has been used to overcome distance barriers and to improve access to medical services that would often not be consistently available in distant rural communities.

TELEMED appointments are covered by some insurance plans the same as an in-office appointment.  You will pay your regular co-pay.  

This is a great way to continue your care and treatment with Michelle Bautista no matter where either of you are located.

It's a great way to keep up with appointments without losing time from work or other activities/duties.  You can log in to your appointment from work, home or any place you feel comfortable. 

These appointments are offered to the follow patients:

• Those  who have been seen within the past 6 months but have questions or are noticing unwanted changes.
• Those who need a 2-3 month follow-up appointment to monitor progress early on in treatment or after a medication change.
• Those who would like to review lab results or other studies.
